Who is the NPQ Leading Behaviour and Culture (NPQLBC) aimed at?
The NPQLBC is for teachers who are head of year or pastoral responsibilities and those who support pupil wellbeing.

What will you learn?
You’ll develop the knowledge, skills and expertise to lead the development of teachers, including sequencing and structuring professional development and effective coaching and mentoring.
Modules include: Teaching, designing professional development, delivering professional development, and Implementation

The NPQLBC course is delivered in partnership with the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT), however, your lead provider would be NELT Teaching School Hub.

Teach First: £899
NIoT: £850
​
Schools with the highest 50% of pupil premium pupils, as well as early years and 16 to 19 educational settings identified as having high disadvantage, may be eligible for fully-funded NPQLBC places, subject to availability.
